Friends in Christ, Below are three documents required for our work together as a congregation.
The first is our annual report. This important document outlines the life of our congregation and how we have been connecting with one another and with our community. Please take the time to read this document and bring any questions you might have to our annual meeting on January 25th.
The second document contains the bylaws for our newly established Mission Endowment Fund. We will have a formal vote at our annual meeting to adopt these bylaws. Please read them in advance so you are prepared to vote.
The third attachment you'll see is the minutes from our annual meeting last year. Our constitution requires that we approve the minutes of the previous annual meeting at the current annual meeting.
